The most useful thing I didn't know about was the fact you can stop the liftgate with pushing the open button again.

Yeah, pretty much knew all of it except the wiper thingy but figured it'd be good to post for new owners.

The wiper I kind of knew because omy previous car I had to do that to pull wipers off windshield because they were tucked under the hood. I started to find it worked on a lot of cars even that didn't need it like the 4runner.

Also, he missed a lot of other good things as well.

1) holding unlock on remote key fob rolls all windows down

2) holding lock on remote will command start the truck without your phone.

3) holding the gas pedal down to the floor and then shifting from neutral to drive will grenade your transmission.

Neat little secrets toyota hides in there for everyone.

Hold the door handle for an extra 3 seconds and all the doors unlock.

That setting is still there. I have it set that way on my 2025 4R. It's a menu item on the main screen not the speedo cluster.

before you leave the vehicle, but if you've already shut everything down,

just operate the window switches, they remain operational for
about 30 seconds...so if you forget to close them you can do it
w/o having to use key or start button to give them power

if you do start to raise one or lower one, and the 30sec time frame
passes while operating it, the window will stop where it is and not go all the way

It's too bad that there isn't a way to lower all the windows about 2 inches.
