I am hoping someone who has installed this sherpa roof rack may be able to help me with my rack install.

My front fairing is sitting higher that it should be and I am wondering where the adjustment needs to be done.
1) I have made sure the roof rack is slid to the front from the middle adjustment
2) I have made sure it has the optimal angle for the front
3) Will it be the front adjustment I need to make to bring it down? I have made sure to bring the adjustment mostly all the way up to apply the downward pressure to make sure it is stable. I am wondering if that is what needs to be adjusted to bring the front down?
Thanks!!

I just installed a Sherpa Capital rack on my 2025 4Runner TRDPro and I am facing the opposite problem, i.e., the faring is too low. I am figuring the front adjustable mount is where you, & I, need to make adjustments. It is raining where I am so I can not make this adjustment now.

i had the same question and asked sherpa. This is their response to me. i opted to shift the rack rearward a bit to minimize the gap and reduce wind noise. I did also ask them if the rack would compress under full load, and it will not. Once installed, it will not move.

I was able to bring the front adjustment down and it closed the gap quite a bit. Still need to bring it down more and bring the rack back a bit. Hopefully doing that will also help you!
