The 265/70 R18 is not of much in determining what size tire you have, the mfr actual size varies wildly. I have built 2 diesel trucks, 2 jeep JK wranglers and my current 26 4runner. Look up your current tire make and size on tiresize.com, get the "real" dimensions and compare it to the mfr...
I am a controls engineer and my take is why would your cameras care about height, they are designed to look forward/ around. I had a 3.5" lift put on my 26 TRD ORP, paid a total of $775 labor, no discussion of re-calibration.
So I put a lift on my 26 TRD ORP and wanted to know if anyone is interested in the suspension parts, will let them go for cheap. Bilstein front coil over shocks with reservoir, rear Bilstein shocks and springs and other misc parts. I am not shipping so if you are local to Cleveland OH area let...
Tire sizes do not matter, you need to verify the physical mfr for each make/model. For example 35" BFG KO2 are 33.5", etc. Do your homework , tiresize.com.
Got to ask... What does the 35s feel like on your rig, big tires are heavy and the power plant is a turbocharged 4 cylinder. Both on the road and maneuvering through city streets etc. Nice looking build, really love it.
I will vouch for that I put 35" KO2s on my lifted 2015 2 door Wrangler and it rode like hell, even with Evo Plush ride shocks on. Jeep only weighs 4k lbs most which made it worse. Side wall rating also available on tiresize.com.
You can go to tiresize.com and compare every tire manufacturer, different tires by same manufacturer including weight, physical size, etc. You would be surprised how many 35" tires are actually 33". Used this many times sizing my jeeps and HD trucks.
