Installed the Rago Fab full width bumper on my Trailhunter. Made a video showing it installed, plus some tips/tricks for install, and some gripes/complaints. Let me know if you have any questions! Overall I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Did you watch the video? lol
I did. Very informative. My question was more like, follow back up in a month and let us know how you are liking it at that point. Also, let’s just all agree that these off-road companies do the shittiest job with instructions and QA on making sure you have the right parts, bolts, etc. I mean, why is that so hard?

Ahhh, gotcha. I can’t imagine much will change with it. It’s very solidly built. If I ever do decide to add a winch Ilk just source my own bolts and add the spacers to the grill support.
Today I’m gonna look at relocating that washer reservoir.

Yeah that reservoir made me nervous. Don’t they make metal replacement reservoirs after market for these 4Runners? Maybe that would be more solid.

Wow, yeah I don’t think I will be ordering anything from Rago (though I did get their ditch light brackets). I can’t stand when a company has trash customer service.

How was taking off the OEM bumper? Have read it’s a pain. Could always have a fab shop make a cover for the washer fluid. Or, maybe there’s one that will work.

With that being said, informative video and looks great!

Taking off the OEM bumper wasn’t all that bad. Lots of fasteners but other than that not a big deal.

The biggest pain in the ass with these OEM bumpers is splitting all the different layers apart. The part

I don’t believe they currently make anything for the 6th gen. Quite a few options for the 5th gen though.
