Question regarding Heritage Grille lettering removal and emblem part numbers (Blackout project)

Hi everyone,

I currently own a 2025 ORP (Off-Road Premium) in Underground. I’m planning to blackout the front end, but I’m currently debating between swapping to the TRD Pro (Heritage) grille or keeping the OEM stock grille.

In either case, I want to blackout the logos/emblems properly. I’m not a fan of the overlay covers, so I plan to paint the actual emblems matte black.

I have a couple of questions for those who have experience with this:

1. Heritage Grille: Are the "TOYOTA" letters on the Heritage grille removable? If so, does anyone know the OEM part number for just the letters? I’d like to buy a separate set to paint.
2. Stock Grille: If removal isn't an option or if I decide to keep the stock grille, I plan to blackout the standard sombrero emblem. Does anyone have the part number for the front grille emblem?

i second the heritage grille. I like the bronze so i havent messed with it but i saw someone on this sub with red lettering so id say they are removable

Trying to figure out if these come off easily as well. I need to paint them silver and scared to do it on the grille. Looks like they should… maybe?

Why not just get a sticker overlay? I believe stickerfab sells em

Good call. I need to check that out again. I was afraid a sticker wouldn’t wrap the sides well. I think I saw a plastic cover that was super blocky too but I wasn’t a huge fan.

I got an overlay at my Toyota dealer up here in Canada, I just asked for one they sold me the correct one, fits perfectly, did not keep the bag with the part number on it
Payed $50 Canadian and that would be around $35 USD.
