I did watch it like 50 times, somehow I always missed him saying "cut". Thanks for leading me back on the path :)

That being said, I have no power coming out of the connector to the compressor module. The module fuse is good, the 50amp looks good. I know my multimeter works as I tested it in the 120VAC outlet and tested on my 12V battery, which read 13.99V.

Any ideas what might be going on here? Also, this 50amp fuse is not a fuse I'm used to seeing. How do I get it out?

I'm wondering if anybody has this working on a 2026? I have a 2026, but I think most others are 2025?

Hmmm. I hooked mine up on my Pro and didn’t have to do the step with the wire. I don’t think the wire is cut I think the ground is spliced into the brown wire.
Also, I do know that no power goes to the unit unless the vehicle is turned on and running. Maybe that’s the problem.

Thanks, yeah, had the 4runner running. For the TRD ORP Hybrid you have to cut the wire and wire it to ground so that it thinks it's seeing the parking brake on all the time. This is a known limitation for our models.

Holy shit! I think I found the problem. There is aan entire connector missing from one side of the 50amp fuse. The fuse is intact and working (I tested continuity). Check out this pic from the fuse box.

Just in case there is any doubt this is the fuse, here are more pics.

Probably a tall order, but if anyone is willing to check to see if they have the blade on both side of the 50amp fuse, I would be grateful. Better yet, you installed the air compressor and it works and you check to see if the blade is there.

As an FYI, pulling the fuse is a slight pain. If you don't havve the right tool, I used 2 hooks to pull each side under the blude ridge in the middle of the 3 fuses. Here's a pic of where the ridge is on both sides of the fuse.

It looks like you found the problem. I think your going to have to find a way to wire it to power with your own fuse like they did with the SR5
