Reading some great things about the fitcamx with most saying it’s like it was specifically for the 4Runner. I will probably go this route when my imaginary TRD Pro should ever arrive.

So the 60 day hold just became 120+ days and nobody has a definitive answer as to what the actual hold up is? I hope they honor my already negotiated trade in price🤷🏻‍♂️

If you still have the old tires and rims put them back on and see if the vibration is still there then you’ll know if it’s the lift or the tires.

What came first, the Chicken or the egg? Was it driven after the lift install to see if it had vibration or were the tires installed at the same time as the lift? Both can cause or amplify vibrations, Try a road force rebalance for the tires and an alignment check for correct suspension geometry.

Waiting until June for a vehicle that has been sitting in port since the beginning of March for what is supposed to be just a quality inspection is ridiculous! It will be interesting to see if the dealer honors my trade price that was agreed to in writing when I put a deposit down on the Pro...

Exactly, these things are literal unicorns. My first time seeing one will probably be when mine finally shows up at the dealership.

I have yet to even see a TRD Pro since the redesign in the wild where I live. A 500 mile search for a black or ice cap only results in a few matches but all of them are on dealer hold, I think they are very scarce.

I’m in the northeast waiting for a Pro that I put a deposit on in January with an expected delivery of early to mid March. Was told by dealer it was on 30-60 day hold the minute it reached the port in early March. Dealer said it was mainly the Pros, trailhunters and upper trims getting held.

No updates, still waiting on my TRD pro that I put a deposit on in January that supposedly got side tracked on the quality hold. Now seeing newer ones allocated with delivery dates in August. This is ridiculously dumb!

4 times at 7,000 miles? unacceptable, I’d tell Toyota to fix it and I’d have a loaner until it’s fixed properly. Clearing codes does absolutely nothing to mitigate problems accept getting you out of their hair. The variable camshaft timing (VCT) oil control valve (OCV) is stuck in the open...

No movement on mine either, I don’t even have a window sticker generated yet but it’s just sitting at the port on this QC hold. you would think they would get them out of inventory most of them are already sold. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Along with the rust, The orange peel paint on the doors and rockers looks like complete garbage! Did they just paint over under coating? If so that is going to get a lot worse. if my 26 Pro gets delivered from a 60 day quality hold with these issues, I’m walking away.

That is horrible! My 2010 Corolla that lived every year in New England since new didn’t look like that before we sold it. take it back and have them fix this!

Dealer emailed and said all TRD Pro’s are on hold regionally and about half way through the hold. Time will tell 🤷🏻‍♂️
