I think it requires special tool to remove the cloth upholstery and attach the leather. My dealer offered it.

I love it !!! I have Katzskin on order for my 2025 SR5 4x4. Will be installed in 2 weeks. My cost in Pensacola at Pentons Auto cost $1980.00 including installation and taxes. Never have bought factory leather in anything. This is real heavy leather that last.

Installer competence has a huge impact to the overall Katzkin experience. If you buy the basic package and do not upgrade to full leather you are not getting full leather. The back of the seats will be fake leather, sometimes the materials are not a perfect match making it obvious. The rear seats will partial leather on the seating surfaces and partial junk. I learned both of these things the hard way. Be aware!!

That said.. OP your seats do look nice and I hope you're happy with them! I had a full retard installer that resulted in a full refund from Katzkin...
