There’s essentially no way to fix scratches in that kind of plastic. Cover it, live with it or replace it or your only options. You can go down to YouTube rabbit hole, where people fix it with heat and so forth personally not worth the risk for me.

IMHO it’s really a straight highway feature vs self driving. I only use it when I need a little break to adjust my seat or take a sip of water.

In my experience most of the moisture you see is in the seal which is a tad porous. VW window seals are similar. If it bothers you, you can park it in the sun. IMHO, this all sounds normal.

Toyota SET installs 265/65R17 nitto ridge grapplers as a port option so I believe 265s are fine. I have the above, and would have preferred 265/70r17 if I could have picked myself. Looks better, more side wall and a more accurate spedo.

If it’s cold outside and you park outside it can take a while. Unlike the engine bay there isn’t a lot of heat either. As it’s been mentioned… you can check the drain holes. FWIW, you can often see moisture at the base of the passenger door windows glass as well.
