That is awesome!!!!!!!! Thank you for taking the plunge for all of us trailhunter peps. If I could like your post more than once I would. thanks again!!!
The only issue is retraining myself on how to get into the vehicle after five months of pulling on the steering wheel.

Just got a set. They fit perfectly and provide a foot-sized place to step up into the vehicle.
They're pretty subtle too.

Looks amazing and what a cool solution. Can we get a full profile picture? Curious to see them from different angles.

If they slide after a time of usage… what are the chances it hit the body frame?

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for IDing the fit. I installed 2 sets and my short-ish wife is now happy.

If they were loose enough to freely rotate, it could touch the rocker panel slightly, where Toyota has the extra thick paint buildup. Use loctite on the threads and torque to the 45 in pounds specified in the instructions and they won't move.

Sorry to revive this older thread but how are these 2 solutions working out?

The Etsy ones seem to lose some clearance, right? And do the ZR overland ones look plasticy in person?
Any other issue?

Thanks so much in advance!

I love the ZR overland steps. They don’t look like plastic at all, very rugged aluminum design. They aren’t much “step” but just enough and stay sleek and don’t stick out much. They work well imo.

Thanks! My wife is finding it a little hard to get in and out.... Also, I am not tall and fear my sliding in and out will be rough on the interior. The ZR Overland steps look like they will maintain the clearance better and still have the function. Any chance you can post a full photo of your truck with them on?

THANK YOU!

They are definitely visually smaller than I expected and the machining seems great!

Have the moved on you at all?
