Circling back. Took it in for my 3k mile oil change and advised them of the rattle. They acknowledge that it was louder, but everything was tighten to spec. They did reach out to a Toyota rep.

I just took mine in for this issue. The noise is prevalent at 107Hz. So I played that frequency for the shop foreman so he could hear the rattle.. He added padding and said it is gone. Picking up the car tomorrow and will update.
