Interior lights on 2025 4Runner ORP won't turn off

Hi all. I did a search and couldn't find an answer on the forums, or on the web. I recently bought a trailer, and I've used it a few times this week. I'm assuming the issue is related to the trailer since that's the only thing that changed. The interior lights of my 4Runner refuse to turn off. I can't manually turn them off. They don't turn off after sitting in my driveway overnight. All the doors are shut, and there is no dash indicator that a door is open. I don't see any error codes on the vehicle or using an OBD scanner.

At this point I think the next troubleshooting thing to do is look up what fuse controls interior lights and pull it to hard reset the system, since that has worked to resolve other issues.

I just thought I should post here and see if anyone else has had a similar issue with their interior lights staying on, and if so how did they fix it.

I also noticed I had to plug and unplug the trailer several times to get all the lights to come on. The 4Runner had the trailer icon in the lower right portion of the dash display, but the lights didn't turn on until I reseated the 7-pin trailer plug. I've used trailers before and not had any of these issues. This leads me to believe something is either wrong with my trailer connection on the 4Runner, or with the trailer. However, even with the trailer disconnected for days, the interior lights are still on in my 4Runner.

For whatever reason, posting this gave me an idea. Even though I had tried turning the master light switch off before, I thought maybe if I try it a few times it will turn off. So I went out and turned it on and off a few times and some sand or dirt or something came out and it turned off finally.
