Hey everyone,
Quick question—my wife and I both have iPhones, and whenever we get into our 2025 4Runner at the same time, her phone always connects to CarPlay first.
I've looked through the settings but haven't found a way to set a priority device or default CarPlay connection. Does anyone know if there's a way to make my iPhone the default CarPlay device when we both enter the vehicle? Or any workaround to make mine connect first? I'm aware that I can always hard connect, but it's a lot easier to wirelessly connect. In the past with other brands, there is usually an option to set priority but I don't know if Toyota allows this?
Appreciate any advice or tips!
Thanks!
