I've installed Hella horns on my ORP. Absolutely love that now people will know when I'm pissed instead of people thinking it's a corolla honking at them. I'd like to see someone compare Toyota Premium Horn vs Hella.

I thought about Hella as well as I've had them on there vehicles. Had the Supertones, but sound clips on the web didn't sound like I thought they would. So definitely interested in hearing your clips.

Had to use my horn the other day and it was a bit embarrassing to hear that sound come from the Runner.

The Hella Toyota horn is a loud HONK HONK, not higher pitched like the Supertone. They sound like they belong on a truck. I would do a video but my dogs would just bark for 15 minutes non-stop.

Ahh, got it! Would love a link if you have one.
I had Supertones on a previous car, but it was a long time ago and don't remember the tone., even though it was an improvement over stock at that time too.

Wait for the Amazon sale next week should drop into the low $30’s. Might say “doesn’t fit” but 100% fits

That's a big upgrade in sound from the factory horns and more fitting for a truck. How was the install?

I can't think of an easier install. Once you pop off the plastic coverr, the he horns are held in place by a single bolt. The horns are plug and play, there is plenty of slack in the wires. Should be done in no more than 10 minutes.

Make sure your grounds are good. A couple days later one stopped working. I scraped a little paint off of the bracket. Alls good.
