I'm running 285/70-18 E rated tires at 35 cold and the ride is perfect for me.

From 265/70 to the 287/70's, it's supposed to be about a 3.4% difference. So at 70 on the speedometer, you'd be going about 72.4.

Now running 34's and a Yakima roof rack, I'm seeing a drop from about 19.5 to 19.0.

A friend recommended trying MAXL One for cleaning. Tried it today and it works pretty well! Expensive stuff, but we'll see how it goes.

From our 26 4R: 265/70-18 Toyo AT3's They have about 3k miles on them, all pavement miles. No cuts, patches, etc.

I've dropped about 0.1 - 0.2 mpg so far, but it's also adjusting the roof rack change I made recently as well.

Just switched out the factory OE AT3's to 285/70-18 AT3's. Personally prefer the feel of these over the stock tires. Stock suspension, factory mud flaps. Very slight rub in reverse full lock. Otherwise no issues so far.

I'm running Yakima towers and HD bars on ours. Was also considering the Thule Aeroblade set up, but the HD's are a stronger bar when we eventually get that RTT set up.
