How does the hose extender work?!? I have never seen that in super interested. Have 4 dogs and 3 ride in the back. I have a fan back there but an AC vent would help even more.

Ordered 2 of them from Amazon, they work pretty well so far. It attaches to the ac vent with a clamp & the hose can stretch about 10 feet. They stay locked on to the vents with minimal cool air leakage which is nice.
