Anyone have issues with reverse brake noise?

Got my car back in August, and when i lightly press on the brake while reversing it’ll make a screeching noise. I think it might’ve been from a chemical i used to clean the rims, left a ring residue of like brake dust. I tried brake cleaner, but the ring is still there and the noise comes back. Especially after rain/humid weather
