Yea if you’re talking about the OEM cross bars that i see in your profile pic, you should be good if that one already fits in your garage. I had the OEM ARB 3/4 rack and a KUAT Grip 6 installed and was able to fit it in my garage which had a height of 78” i believe, i’ll double check when i get...
Yea i’ve been driving it on the highway for few days now, pushing it up to around 80ish mph, but I have not noticed any whistling noise as of yet. Mainly just standard just wind noise. So i’m guessing it’s probably your set up, but I think i’ve read other people talk about whistling noises as...
I just realized that you can see the doors metal from the inside of the vehicle. I don’t think i’ve ever noticed it in any other car, but now notice it on the 4runner. Never had a 4Runner before, is this standard?
WTS my ARB 3/4 Roof $700 OBO local, Las Vegas NV. Never shipped something this big, so let me know your preferred method and pay for shipping.
Had it since August. Only mounted my snowboard carrier to it, to see it’d fit in my garage. So no damages.
I found out the issue fml. It’s cause i tried installing it after i mounted the rest of the rack. I had everything preassembled and kept that off and a few bars. Then went to install it last and it gave me that issue. But once i unscrewed the mounting points and lifted the front end, i was able...
Got my car back in August, and when i lightly press on the brake while reversing it’ll make a screeching noise. I think it might’ve been from a chemical i used to clean the rims, left a ring residue of like brake dust. I tried brake cleaner, but the ring is still there and the noise comes back...
Why doesn’t my wind deflector sit flush on both ends? Tried unscrewing and screwing multiple times, tried bottom screw first, then top screw and vice versa, but can’t seem to get it to sit flush
I just noticed after watching a video of someone installing a Diode Dynamic Light Bar that they had the wire running alongside of the windshield. I started to look at everyone else’s picture that had light bars and I feel like I also see the wire run along side of the windshield, either the wire...
Yea I was pretty sure everyone had it. Pretty much half the trial is over lol. It’s definitely nice to have especially since it doesn’t shut off when you open the door like some cars. But is it worth it? Not sure if i’ll actually continue after the trial.
I was kind of thinking the same thing, that the pre wired aux should already be my source of power and has its own relay/fuse to it, so why need an additional one. But i’ll wait til my buddy becomes free to help me out, so I can learn for myself. Enjoying the process. Thanks everyone in here for...
Okay so pretty much everyone is running the wires on the side of their windshields in some sort of black channel. I just never noticed it in pictures until I saw someone wire it in a video.
Honestly i’m not to sure, it doesn’t say anything like that in the patch notes. Go to account>Payments>Manage Subscriptions and see if it shows you under trial or not. Let me know i’m curious too. Since remote start should be good for a 1 year trial when you buy the car.
Sorry random question also, i just noticed that if you install a light bar on top, the only way to route the wire is on the side of the windshield correct? I just noticed it recently on someones install, and then i started trying to see other peoples car, and I could kind of notice it being...
Yea I did, they responded as is
“ Hello,
You can use custom wire to connect it, but we do recommend using the wire harness that way the main power comes from the wire harness instead of your aux switch, your aux switch would then just act as an activation switch instead allowing the main power...
