I did a DV8 Covert bumper with ambers and a light bar. Both have day runner modes. Looks clean

I'm going to go with the new bumper/winch mount that Warn Industries just came out with. Been waiting for them to come out with something. I have been running Warn mounts and winches since the 1980s. Its about the oldest manufacturer out there of this type of equipment and I trust it. Currently running a 12,000 lb Warn winch and stainless steel Transformer mount on my 3/4 ton Chevy. There new bumper for the 4Runner is not supposed to have difficult access to the winch clutch as I have read about with other manufacturers. That is the last thing you want to deal with when you are in a difficult spot.

Hello, I just wondered which model bumper and winch you're going to go with for your 6th gen.? Thanks in advance

Warn now has two mounts/bumpers for the 25-26 4Runners. One is for a fully hidden winch and the other is semi-hidden. Check a post by bt75cj5 and you will see his ride with the semi hidden mount. Warn used his ride as a test bed. Unless someone convinces me otherwise I'm going with the semi hidden mount (111932) and the Warn Zeon XD 12,000 winch. Unlike most info I have seen on other systems the Warn semi hidden mount allows easy access to the winch clutch which will be greatly appreciated under adverse conditions. However winch mounts/bumpers for these vehicles have the winch down low, not a couple of feet up like the Warn system on my pickup. The easy winch access and it's low position also means the winch will be more exposed to all the salt and road dirt that will be coming its way. I talked to the Warn folks and the XD series winches have upgraded seals and other components for better waterproofing/durability. My only concern is this mount is brand new so I have yet to see one anywhere. That being said the Warn M12000 and mount on my pickup has been there for 22 years. It has seen quite a bit of use, sometimes stretched to its limits, but has never let me down.
