AFE rear sway bar installed

Today I finally installed the AFE rear sway bar. I initial thoughts are that it has reduced the body roll by a lot along with making the vehicle feel more planted while driving. It was not terribly hard to install; it just took a little finesse. Overall I do recommend this part as it does help with overall ride quality. Just my thought.

This is my first 4Runner, but I feel like it's solid on and off pavement. Especially with slightly larger than stock tires.

I just don’t like the large body roll that I get, that’s why I installed it. The rear sway bar is a toothpick compared to the one I installed. Just my thought

Which setting out of the three did you go with? Do you notice changes in all driving or only when sharp/tight cornering? If you make a quick lane change, do you notice a change in responsiveness?

I've been thinking about picking one up for a while now, but have been waiting for user feedback.

I have it set to the middle setting. The area I do notice it a lot is when getting on the freeway and you have the turn onto the freeway the body roll is almost completely gone. Also, when turning the steering wheel the responsiveness is a lot sharper. Adjustability is a huge plus for me allowing me to set the stiffness that I feel comfortable with.

Awesome. I have a lot of super tight on and off ramps that I daily so this sounds like exactly what I'm looking for.

Maybe I'm just comparing it to my old 3G Tacoma, or maybe it's because of my C-load tires, but I take some pretty sharp turns and I don't think it body rolls at all. If it does, I can't tell.

Nice red color! Although I don't find stock rear sway bar to be bad & never had thoughts to change it. Will keep this in mind for future.

body roll ...wut ?
maybe OffRoad is different... my SR5 rig is planted.

kinda would make sense an OffRoad trim would have more roll

Same for the trd sport (basically a sr5 premium). I swapped out the 20” tires and wheels for 285/70/17 and it still felt planted. Not much change.
