Wha exactly did you have to do to get those 35s to fit? Crash played, mud flaps and pin felt? Plus any trimming / viper cut?
thinking of going 295/70/18 to try and avoid trimming
Only the front mud flaps and crash plates were removed - no trimming or cutting required. That said, I haven't taken it off-road yet, so I'll provide an update if I notice any rubbing on the trails.

How was the alignment with the factory upper control arms or did you switch them out?

How did
You order the OEM pro parts without the VIN? I’m in canada and the don’t wanna order without the VIN for pro trim
At the dealership north of Toronto, where I am purchasing my 4Runner, I was told I needed a VIN to order parts and that Toyota will not sell me TRD Pro items when I own an ORP. They said even if I had a TRD Pro, they would need to send in photos of the damaged parts that needed to be replaced. When I visit there next, I hope to get a different parts department person, and the results might be different.

I just called our dealership here in Halifax and spoke to parts. He said as long as I had the parts number they would order it. So fingers crossed. I want the grill and the red headlights.

Toyota seems to be really cracking down on part-swapping (at least in Canada). If you run into the same issue next time you visit, let me know - I have another Heritage Grille for sale.

Cheaper to buy tue alpha Rex headlights than the TRD pro from Toyota. And I like them better.

Some thoughts for when you do get off-road...
I'm also a TRD ORP. Running "pseudo" 35s: 285/75R18 Toyo A/T III - so 34.8"x11.2" - vs. your true 35x12.5. When I had them on +20 TRD Pro wheels the rear tires rubbed the fender flairs at articulation up. I switched to +45 TRD Flat Black option wheels so they would clear. Without lifting your rear I am fairly certain your 1.3" wider tires will contact the fender flare with your +25 offset and 12.5" wide tires. Just something to think about before you try that level 6 trail:>)
My 34.8" tires now clear the flare but do contact the inside of the wheel well at full articulation when going uphill (over rocks) under power. No apparent damage potential but this has me contemplating a bump stop plus extended shocks to not loose articulation (which the bump stop would do).
On the front I am surprised you are not contacting the air dam screw tab - it does bend up easily out of the way, but I needed to do that with the +20 wheels (no contact with the +45) - and again, the wider tires would seem even more likely than mine to make contact. (caveat: I've got the 1.25" peak level spacer but am not sure it matters much to this minor rub).
Build looks great. No criticism meant with this post - just offering info from my experience.
