Well, scratch that. I walked. I got them to take a couple of hundred off the add on and he said to do internet pricing they would have to charge full price for all "dealer add ons". I'll keep looking around.
You should leave them a google and yelp review. It's messed up how dealers can advertise a discounted "reasonable" market price only to pay that in BS add-on prices. A $4k add-on that's only worth $300 is complete robbery.

I hope I’m in the right thread: I was wondering what a good OTD price would be on a SR5/4WD/third row in MD (6% sales tax). I really don’t enjoy the purchasing experience…who does, I suppose.

Depends on your area. How many SR5's are available in your area or dealer. More vehicles available the better deal you can get. Most dealers are selling below MSRP. Ask for a OTD and see where their at. But you should be able to get atleast $2k below MSRP without much fuss. Just don't pay any additional dealer markups or add-ons. No matter how much they say it's already added to the vehicle.

Seems to be plenty of TRD Pro and Trailhunters on the sold hybrid file which are $5k plus discount off MSRP, based on the "markup" column. Is that really where the market is now? Couldn't find the referenced readme.txt to learn more.

Readme.txt is on the google drive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uOnNR7wVHN6o5rTjcMhVsNL3SKq5UJwC?usp=sharing.
As seen in some prior posts like those of joestac, the dealer might give you that selling price as a starting put but charge you more for required dealer add ons (paint protection, etc) beyond that. Or they say that that does not include some add ons. So they play games sometimes. I would just look at a few of the ones with those $5k discounts and see what the dealer says on their website and what they say if you call them.

For example the one https://www.lynchtoyota.com/invento...heel-drive-4wd-trailhunter-jtevb5br8s5018823/ matches what the spreadsheet says but has the following statement (plus who knows if they have other required dealer add ons they did not list on the toyota website that up the price beyond that).
* Advertised Price and Smart Price Do Not Include $699 Dealer Conveyance
Fee.

See the posts by joestac starting at https://www.4runner6g.com/forum/thr...ip-status-dealers-hold-status.2707/post-93805 for his example of this.

So now that the ‘25s are (mostly) gone, do we have a final tally on sales for specific models, trims, colors? I ask because I’m a stat guy but cannot for the life of me sift through the allocations lists. Specifically I’m trying to see how many TRD PRO in Mudbath were sold nationally and specifically in NY. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

For the specific model open the sold 2025 spreadsheet for that model and then either do filtering or an excel pivot table.

There are 2 TRD PRO in Mudbath 2025 models let unsold,
In the 4runner 2025 sold spreadsheet there are 90 TRD PRO Mudbath vehicles (that were sold after April 8 2025 as that is the date which the sold spreadsheets feature was created) and in the hybrid one there are 259 (possibly some overlap the non hybrid ones but didn't check)

What does it mean when the ETA dates go blank? I saw one there for my allocation but now it’s gone.
Your vehicle may be in some kind of QC hold if it is at the port, or there is something holding it up assuming it stays blank for more than a few days. That means they cannot estimate how long it will be held up. Can you check with your dealer?

Mine did the same thing on March 4th. Dealer does not know why.

I checked and they didn’t tell me much except for that it will be ready sometime in the next 2 weeks. It’s been blank since March 5

I posted on this in another thread I just got an email today that my TRD pro is on a 30-60 day hold. I noticed this Same thing you did on Friday
Do you know if the hold is from the factory side or the state side port? When I filter the Google Sheet for blank ETA dates and last status change date of March 5. Seems like it’s all over the US. Nothing specific to TX where I’m at.

I’m just curious to know if it’s at the port or still at the factory.
