Has anybody applied the OCD or the sticker fab 14 inch display screen protector and do you have a preference for either one? Looks like an easy install for either of them and appears to mitigate finger smudges and scratches on the screen. Thx

I've installed a few different ones from Amazon on my 8 inch screen. All have had various pros and cons. The most recent one I got is BIBIBO... it's good for reflections and clarity. Finger prints do show up when the screen is off but it's not noticeable when on. I'm happy with this one...

But...

If anyone has a better option let me know. Didn't look like spigen had one for the 8 inch.

I did the protec film on the 14'' display and the MID - its not easy. I definitely used the extra film set that was purchased and it still is iffy. The 14'' protector is such a tight fit that any variation will lead to raised portions that wont sit flush. It really could be a 1/16 smaller all around and still work perfectly.

I went with this one, comes with everything you need to install it right the first time and was very simple.

I used the matte anti glare from Screen Protech for the 14 inch screen and the MID. It works great, finger doesn't swipe as smooth, but I'm not ever swiping on the screen just tapping. No finger prints, no reflection, and very easy to clean. Installing it is tricky, you have to use a lot of solution, and for the MID, the film will slide behind the plastic trim on all sides. I was skeptical because there were a lot of bubbles after applying but they say it takes a couple days for it to fully cure and have them disappear. I went back about every other day with the squeegee and solution to work big bubbles towards the edges, and after 7 days all bubbles were gone. Definitely watch some videos before hand so you're not stopping to check while you're doing it. This video also has a discount code:
