Random question. How was the paint quality on yours? I took delivery of my black TRD Pro and the paint was an absolute mess. Scratches, swirls and clear coat issues. The dealer is paying for a full paint correction on Monday to see if it can get it back to where it should be.

I did not see any issues and probably would have noticed it right away if there was. I wonder if their detailing team messed something up with yours? Hope they get it right for you, especially when you got a pro! Congrats on that and display some pics when you get it back.

I think it was. But there was another person with a black Pro on the forum and they had the exact damage as me, so who really knows! I’ll post them when I get her back next week.

Waiting for mine. TRD ORP hybrid in black too. Sometime next month I will be joining you. Since you already have it does ours come with the cheap skid plate? Looking into getting the TRD skid plate if this one is plastic

Yeah, they do. TRD PRO skid plates would be the way to go.

Nice ride. I have an underground paint TRD Off-Road Premium i-Force MAX en route with the TRD black wheel option! I was under the impression that the TRD black wheels come with Wildpeaks only on the non hybrid model and that Michelins are included for hybrid models. I see yours came with Wildpeaks?

So you threw on the Falkens. Looks great. Did the car originally come with the Michelin LTX A/T 2?

I had the very same question, ORP in Supersonic Red arriving end of the month

I have learned that Michelins will be on the hybrid. Not as tough looking and also not snow rated (three peak mountain snowflake symbol) like the Falkens. Kinda disappointed since I will spend time in the snow, and sometimes you can't pass checkpoints, but oh well. Can replace later (or right away and try and sell the Michelins). Michelin is a good tire, though, from my perspective, and maybe the performance will be good enough in the snow. Will also be towing, so...

Welp, work requires me to come in no matter the weather and everywhere here is up hill or down hill. If i catch a deal on the wildpeaks ill swap, otherwise ill run em til theyre worn
