This is from CA Tuned Off Road. Easy install, and even though it has recovery points welded on, they were too small for a decent soft shackle. So I mounted my older red ones as well. I like the flush fit. This is not a bull bar made out of tin. This is thick powder coated steel that will take some abuse. Note: This is not a Ranch Bumper or Push Bar like police cars have. It is a light bar or brush bar with added protection.

Where the factory bolts long enough for the adding your recovery points or did you get new hardware?
Think this will work with the factory recovery points as well?

My hardware (bolts) was around 3" long, so I went ahead and used them on my recovery points. As for the OE ones, they are odd but should fit.

Looks great! Might be the angle, but your recovery points look pretty snug to the brush bar tube. I wonder if the factory recovery points are wider than what you have. That would be my concern for my situation.
If I get one, Id also drill out the rivets on their logo plate and remove it so its clean.

Yep, or on second thought, Id pop the rivets and then paint it Bills Blue like I did my recovery points and front emblem and then reinstall it. Either way, plenty of options and it looks like a great piece to add and its a good price.

Whats the width or what brand are your recovery points? Id like to compare their width to the OEM ones and figure out if theyd fit with the CA Tuned bar

Also, what hood deflector is that? Having black paint, I can use any protection I can get

Installed Toyota front recovery points. Was going to install NYTOPs but they're made in China, have no material or testing certification included and yet are sold with a 11,000 pound W.L.L. In my career that means something specific and I was okay paying a premium assured that some certification had been performed and objective quality assurance would be provided. Instead I got two stickers on one point that said: Proudly designed wherever and Made in China, and another that said WLL 11,000 pounds. I returned them

Lowered the spare tire to lubricate the hoist and found it's a chain hoist, no cable, so I used Krown Oil to preserve it. Torqued the previously installed Toyota rear recovery point bolts while the spare tire was down.

These are what I got. They come painted red, not anodized. I did that so they would match my rear recovery hook.

Today I'm picking up my new tires/wheels. Went with the TRD Pro 18" wheels with 20 mm offset with Falken Wildpeak AT4W 265/70R18 116T tires. While I'm changing them I'm painting my calipers (red) and adding ARK spashguards. I'll post pics after done. Excited!

Matching 35” spare tire won’t fit under the truck so I found a TRD Pro tire cover and strapped it down in the rear. Yes it eats up some valuable cargo space however I will only haul it if I have a long road trip. I also added a new Factory rear tow hook To match the two red Toyota ones on the front.
Also removed the black “TOYOTA” letters and painted them Toyota Silver and put them back. I never really liked the black letters because they blended in with the grill. All if the older Toyota’s I have owned had silver letters so O went with the Heritage look so it stands out more.

What purpose does the rear cargo net perform ? Do people drive around with the liftgate open ?
