This just dropped on YouTube.

NON JBL ONLY! - 2025+ Toyota 4Runner Audio Upgrade: AudX Plug & Play 5-Channel Amp Kit

Shop AudX Amp Kit: https://trailgridpro.com/products/aud...

One downside is the amplifier is not a DSP, so you cannot do time alignment or any advanced configurations.

Had a Jetta as a daily commute car that had the worst stereo ever. I literally thought my iPhone (sitting in the cupholder) was playing through its own speaker.

Guy out of NJ (enfig car stereo) does these great plug and play kits with the kicker key 200.4 amp; but doesn't do one for Toyotas. True plug and play too, inline harness and that's it. Sorry that video on this feed is not plug and play (as advertised) having to remove a seat, disassemble the front of the car, run new wires up the dash and through firewall to the battery. This is a smaller amp (like the beat sonic) so it fits in the dash but has DSP, level and timing correction via microphone set up. Took me 20 min to install and another 15 min to do the DSP set up and it was a massive improvement. It's basically a beat sonic with DSP and timing correction for the same price (low $300s).

Wish I could find someone willing to do the same harness for the 4runner. I looked at the beat sonic but it doesn't fix the roll off and timing issues coming off the headunit.

I still might consider the beat sonic just to make phone calls easier at highway speeds.

That’s my car in the video.

I didn’t realize how inferior the SR5 sound system was until I had this amp and new speakers installed. With the OEM setup, I used to cruise around at volume 30. Comparatively, 12 is now my normal daily volume.

The staging and bass are very nice and have honestly completely revamped the cabin experience. Also girlfriend-approved, if that matters.
