Hybrid Alternator - Amperage?

Does anyone know the specs of the alternator that comes installed on the Hybrid models? I plan on installing an audio system in the near future and wanted to spec it out accordingly to not exceed the electrical system.

I've seen warnings to not push more than 30 Amps but that just doesn't seem correct.

Most of them don't have an alternator. Only those with the prewired aux switches have an alternator. Those aren't even available as an option in half the US regions, and not that frequently added as one when they are.

If you do have an alternator, it looks like 150 amp, if this part # is correct: Part Number: 27060F0130

Thank you for this info! Yeah I have the aux switches in mine specifically so I can have an alternator AND the hybrid system. That was a must for me.

The aux switches are a dealbreaker for me for several reasons, one of which is the same as yours...Amp

I'm curious to learn more...
1) The hybrids without the Aux switches rely on the hybrid system to supply the 12v bus? What's the current capacity from the hybrid system to the 12v side?
2) With the Aux switches, the alternator adds in? Seems like the two 12V supplies could fight each other? (alternator and hybrid)
3) Is there a place with more info on the Aux switches? Like how to tap into these and current limits?

typical toyota BoF alt amp output is usually around 130-140 before the hybrids came along,

the bigger tundra and tree ran between 130-150 i think before the hybrids

so i am guessing the 2025+ would run the same as before for ease of reusability
