PKSB won't reset (trailer still detected message after disconnecting bike rack)

Installed my bike rack yesterday, had to disable the PKSB. took it off, some reason the 4R still thinks there is a trailer and wont let me turn PKSB back on. Any one have this issue?

There was TSB issued a few months ago for "Trailer Detected Trailer Driving Assist Active" message with no trailer connected?" Could this be your issue?

There's also other owners who report that it just took some driving after detaching hitch / trailer for the message to go away on its own - see @clubber's post for example:

Just takes some driving g around. You will get a question to ask if the trailer was detached and you'll say yes and then it'll be fine again. it took me a while to figure it out

Yup, it finally cleared itself and I was able to reset PKSB.
