Two questions... I've tried to interpret what the manual says about these things but it is IMO, really crap.

Can someone please explain to me how to use the cargo lock button? What is the difference with that button and the regular cargo button?

Also, what the heck does this "rear" light on the dash mean and why does it keep coming up when I start the vehicle?

Cargo lock adjusts the height you want to open. The other light means there are no passengers sitting in the back. All of this info is in your manual

“Cargo lock” does not adjust the height. While you can adjust the opening height, the “cargo lock” button simply locks the doors after closing the cargo door. The other one without the lock icon just closes it.

the “rear” icon you’re asking about indicates which belts are buckled or unbuckled (all three unbuckled in your case).

Great explanation and not just a random guess like so many responses seem to be on this and other forums.
