Installed wireless version on my 2026 trd orp hybrid this weekend. Power from passenger side under hood fuse box, relay on driver side fuse box. Both boxes are soft plastic, so i drilled tiny holes close to the base where fuses lie out toward rear of vehicle. Cut the+ wire and slid through then added connector once in the fuse box, same for the relay wire-relay wire is a single wire so cut and slid through tiny hole then just soldered and used heat shrink tube that sits inside the fuse box.

Yes, its marked on the lid as ST

No issues whatsoever, here are a few pictures. I might add a dab of silicon just for safety, but the holes i made the wires went in very snug.

What size drill bit did you use to make the hole?

FYI 41.22's own site says this doesn't work with the hybrid, for anyone wondering like I was.

@IsGon26 - Does it actually stop the4runner from starting?

4122 absolutely works with the hybrid.
So I wonder what they are talking about, then?

From their website:

Our Kill Switch is not compatible with your 2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid (i-FORCE MAX).

The 2025-2026 4Runner i-FORCE MAX hybrid has its starter circuit integrated into the vehicle's electronics — there is no removable starter relay our kit can interrupt, so it cannot effectively immobilize this vehicle. If you instead have the non-hybrid gas 4Runner, please select "4Runner (Gas, Non-Hybrid)" — our kit fits the gas engine.

I know they are wrong because I have a hybrid and use their product, so ….
Well, it's hard to argue with the company who makes the product. Maybe there is a path that the kit doesn't cover?

I am thinking one of two things, we have not tested it so we wont confirm is works or there is a way to bypass it on a hybrid so it doesn't work. I am leaning towards first option as that is very common. Look at home many parts Toyota says wont fit or may not fit on the 4runner because it didn't come stock or as an option.
