Rinsed about a quarter of an inch of pollen off the car today. Not a full detail… but a lot better.

Received & installed my replacement lid today. @SXTH Element sent me a new one even though I purchased the intake from a forum member. Great customer service.

That's great customer service from SXTH Element! My engine is still in the break-in period. Just waiting until the engine puts on some more miles before I starting doing some more mods and re-tuning.

Is it too bright? Would you recommend this or the 720 lumen version ?
In my opinion, I'm fine with the brightness. I have spare window tint film that I could cut out small rectangle & tape it over the light to reduce the brightness.

Can't make it brighter if I were to get the 720 lumens one.

BIG DAY for Big Blue. (Did this last week but haven’t had time to make a post.)
Swapped out the SR5 Grille for the TRD Off-road/Sport Grille.
While I was in there I swapped the stock horn for the Toyota Premium Horn as well.
After that, we installed a pair of Rough Country ditch lights. I’m wanting to swap out their switch for the Cali Raised Dual Fuction OEM switch, but still trying to figure out the wiring.
Lastly, I bolted up the Land Cruiser front skid plate. I went for this one because I liked the look of the “TOYOTA” across it rather than TRD or Trailhunter.

- Here's what I've done so far...

- Front windows tinted to match rears.
- 4x Raptor lights installed.
- Waiting on Powder coating co. doing all 3 tow hooks red (getting back this week)

Yesterday, service visit #1, after 5600 kms (3500 miles).
Had oil Change #1.

Also, I think they fixed the drivers side door shake/rattle sound, at least it sounded better that's for sure... of course the tech couldn't hear it in his test drive, but they never hear what owners hear. BUT my toyota service shop did the fix none the less. (Fix from this thread https://www.4runner6g.com/.../jbl-stereo-rattling-and.../ ) I showed him the video, so they did what the video did...

As for the noisy windshield wipers I have on my Pro. It's a known issue, especially here in the pacific north west. We just use our wipers more than anyone else in North America. They weren't broken to begin with, just got louder with time I'm told.

I went in my friends TRD Pro (he works at the dealer, his Pro is 1 week old, and we heard no wiper noise in his. Anyways, parts are on back order, have another appt. scheduled in 6 weeks.
Looks Great! I’m picking up my white TRD PRO soon. What Raptor light set up did you go with? Pics?

Why do they get such a bad rap? Do they get in the way when entering and exiting the vehicle?
I took the stock rock rails off my TrailHunter and replaced them with the Predator steps. I don't personally use them, nor do they get in my way of entering or exiting the vehicle, but I'm 6'1". My 5' tall wife uses them to enter and exit, and she has no complaints.

I think mostly because if you off-road they are just two large metal things hanging down that are just going to get caught on things and take the point out of having good ground clearance.

Good to know. I was thinking of buying a set and wanted to do my research before buying. I’m also 6’1” so I guess I’d probably not use them either.
