Got the list to open, found mine but see no difference. I was hoping I would find they added the onboard compressor I requested a month ago but nobody seems to know what the real status of the vehicle is.
At this point I’m hoping it just gets to the dealer soon.

Hmm, I'll take a look at that to see why it is saying that is a change as it looks to be the same word.

If the air compressor was added it would show up on the list of accessories. I'm not sure what the column category is named, but it'll show up there. the changes that I requested we're updated within twenty four hours on toyota's inventory web page and spreadsheets, thank you so much.
Column AQ will show you any changes that were made

Are you seeing your TRDPro on the change list this morning? Or anyone else for that matter. Mine is showing change in interior from black to black. I see many with that same change.
I saw something was changed but I couldn’t tell what it was. No status updates or anything I can spot.

Thanks for that info, it appears that my dealer didn’t make the request he told me was done. He also said the QA hold sometimes won’t let them make changes. I guess I’ll have to wait and see if it ever gets here. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don’t see any change listed. I’m still in factory to port even though I know it’s at the port , no dates added they are still blank but on Toyotas inventory website it is listed as “In Transit” contact dealer for availability.
So it appears I sanitize the strings (replace characters that might cause issues in the csv with a space) after I have compared the values/strings in the column. So it's possible the value before the sanitize could be different in only the characters that are replaced and you would see this behavior since I also trim leading and trailing spaces before the compare. Most likely the value before was something like "Black SoFtex" and Toyota changed the value to "Black SoFtex®" for some reason and it gets sanitized after the compare to "Black SoFtex " . So you see "Black SoFtex --> Black SoFtex" as the change. Once Toyota stays with the exact same word you won't see a change, but sometimes they appear to add or remove the "®" copyright sometimes.
I'll look to see about doing the sanitize before the compare or maybe using a different replacement character like "_"

Dealer emailed and said all TRD Pro’s are on hold regionally and about half way through the hold. Time will tell 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks for the update. I stopped looking at the spreadsheet every morning and just going to wait for my sales guy to call me.

only thing i can think of is this, just add the other special characters and a <space>

Code:
Function removeSpecial(sInput As String) As String
    Dim sSpecialChars As String
    Dim i As Long
    sSpecialChars = "\/:*?""<>|"
    For i = 1 To Len(sSpecialChars)
        sInput = Replace$(sInput, Mid$(sSpecialChars, i, 1), " ")
    Next
    removeSpecial = sInput
End Function
Then in your cell, type: =SUBSTITUTE(removeSpecial(A1)," ","")

It's crazy how few TRD Pros they are building and also how unreliable the delivery estimates are. Going on a few months now when the original estimate a month ago.

No Toyota has built a lot of the TRD Pro (and others like the Trialhunter). They are in port on hold. My dealer (very unreliable source) says Toyota has mandated a 60 day QC Hold which started back in March.

The allocations seem so low because it looks like they allocate months before they arrive anyways. But yeah dealers don't seem to get much clarity if any from Toyota, but that makes sense to me and explains the delay.
