2025 4runner 6th gen SXTH air intake kit CPLT (+14 hp / lb-ft torque power & torque gains) + video sound clip SXTH cold air intak

Description:

Our CPLT Intake for the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner improves on the OEM design in a few areas for more power and torque. We start by accessing an opening in the chassis fender area for extra airflow. Along with our high flow dry air filter and larger airbox, this allows the engine to breathe as easily as possible. Combine that with a smoother intake tube, tuned to the perfect size for the MAF sensor, you get a complete system requiring no tuning with no check engine lights while still increasing HP and TQ.

When compared to the stock intake on the dyno, our design improvements resulted in up to 14 HP and TQ at the wheels, in back to back tests. These gains mean more power on demand, enhancing every drive on and off the road.

We are also proud to debut our patent pending QuickSnap Lid connection utilizing magnets. This feature eliminates lost hardware and makes lid removal and installation a snap. Never worry about hardware vibrating out and getting lost again.

I would like to get one but they look so ricer with the clear top. If they made a solid black top, I would be in.

In a practical sense, would you even notice a 5% increase in hp (less for torque)? It would be even less % for the hybrid. Seems like an expensive upgrade for minimal gain.

More concerned about the filteration performance of the filter.
Few runs through dusty FSR has kept me away from aftermarket intakes...

Also, the manufacture recommends you to replace the air filter periodically, even though it’s reusable and washable

We share the same concerns which is why we made our filter dry instead of oiled and meet or exceed factory filtration requirements. In the next few months, we are also launching a dust cover that can quickly be installed over the dry filter as a pre-filter. It takes about 30 seconds to swap due to our magnetic lid design and is washable.

You’re right that in a heavy vehicle, small horsepower gains are hard to feel. That’s why we emphasize airflow and sound.

Turbochargers work best with minimal restriction. By improving flow without reducing filtration, our system lets the turbo operate more efficiently, reducing strain and helping long-term durability. The added bonus is the enhanced turbo sound, which we consider the highlight of the upgrade.

anyone pick one of these up and install yet? i do agree that the power gain is likely not a noticeable increase to change how the vehicle feels day to day but i am curious how much more audible the turbo sounds become with this intake. One thing i've been somewhat disappointed with coming from my Subaru STi is the somewhat subdued turbo sounds on the 4Runner even with the window down.

These are pre-order right now, but if you check out Instagram you will see a few of our early testers posting sound clips. There is a huge difference in turbo noise. You can also check YouTube for examples from the Tacoma intake that we sell as the turbo/engine are the exact same.
