  1. SXTH Element Prototype Rear Recovery Point (4runner 6th Gen) – Feedback Wanted

Working on it! We had some interesting results pop up with our anodizing because we are using forged + hot rolled 7075-T6. The material density leads to these "wood grain" looking marks. Due to the geometry and thickness required, we can only use hot‑rolled aluminum. We're exploring other...
  2. We're Now Offering CAMTuning Performance Options For 4Runner 6th Gen!

@CAMTuning can chime in on this with some more details! Torque management is not completely removed, but is adjusted heavily to ensure no intervention
  3. We're Now Offering CAMTuning Performance Options For 4Runner 6th Gen!

Hey everyone, So we've been working on something behind the scenes that I think a lot of you are going to be interested in. We've partnered with CAMTuning Performance to offer their tunes directly through our site. For those who've been following the Tacoma scene, you might have seen Cam's...
  4. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

It takes about 20 minutes. It's not too bad at all
  5. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

We use a SuperFlow bench that another engineering company has nearby. We record AAT, and inHG. Elevation will be about 810'.
  6. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

Our 3D printed prototype is going into our test truck shortly! We will be flow bench testing and dyno testing with our intake system to make sure everything is playing well. We are also working on additional flow mods like the throttle body inlet and charge pipes. Stay tuned.
  7. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

Most likely Q1 of 2026 because we need to make a casting mold for these.
  8. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

It wouldn't be 100% accurate because we would need to model the OE one, so instead we do flow bench testing! We will show those results once we have our prototype 3D printed.
  9. SXTH Turbo Inlet Development: Engineered for Superior Flow

Hey everyone! We're excited to give you an early look at what we've been working on behind the scenes here at SXTH. As we continue developing our comprehensive upgrade system for the 4Runner, Tacoma, and Land Cruiser, we're focused on optimizing every component in the boost path. While our...
  10. SXTH Element Intake Installation & Review

A bit of dish soap and warm water, flushing from the inside out. If you have compressed air, you can blow it out as well. Let it air dry out of the sun to avoid warping the cotton element.

Feel free to email [email protected] and we will see if we can do something for you!
  12. SXTH Element Intake Installation & Review

We recommend cleaning all filters at every 10,000 mile interval. Once the filter has reached 30,000 total, we recommend replacing it with a new one.
  13. SXTH Element Intake Installation & Review

Absolutely! It helps protect against dust and light water intrusion, but it also acts as a general pre-filter and increases the service life of the filter underneath.

  15. SXTH air intake kit CPLT (+14 hp / lb-ft torque power & torque gains) + video sound clip

Power gains don't exactly stack like that, but the combined power and torque is north of 20 wheel horsepower. The biggest advantage to the intercooler is the stable intake air temperatures. The ECU in the 4Runner/Tacoma/LC is very dynamic and adjusts boost and ignition timing based on intake air...
  16. SXTH air intake kit CPLT (+14 hp / lb-ft torque power & torque gains) + video sound clip

No tuning needed! The only models that require tuning are the Pro/Trailhunter due to differences in the intake MAF scaling and P2C90 threshold.
  17. SXTH Element Prototype Rear Recovery Point (4runner 6th Gen) – Feedback Wanted

Yes! We will have both black and red anodized finish available. Red tends to be the most popular, but you can check out our Tacoma recovery points for a black example .
