I just did the OTT tune on my TRDPro. Wow, the difference is crazy. I didn't like it at first, but now I'm into it. I'm going to do a bit of a write up in the next day or so about it. The net net is it's a lot faster, shifts way better and seems smoother.
Great to hear! Would love to hear more if there are choices you can make for the tune and fuel economy.
From my understanding, it is customizable to a certain extent. I just went with their normal settings and have the ability to adjust in the future. As for MPG, supposedly it allows everything to operate more efficiently and should improve them a bit. I’m not sure yet, but will report back!
I’ve had it for just about a year and got very used to the way that it drives. I guess the onboard computer learns your driving style and adjusts things accordingly. After I got the flash with the OTT, it drove like a completely different truck and I just wasn’t used to it. Then I took a 2000 mile road trip and started to really enjoy it. It’s definitely quicker in normal setting and much faster in sports setting. All around, it just feels like it shifts better and is way more responsive. It just took me a minute to get used to it.
HVLA, maybe they aren’t by you, so I’d be careful about the generalization nationwide. My dealership partners with a local person, they installed it and I paid the dealership. If you have any questions, happy to answer.

Maybe you dont understand that dealers are independent? Toyota will not be warranting your OTT tune. Your dealer might, but if the motor blows good luck getting them to go out of pocket and you will 100% be getting a used/rebuilt one.
There are a few Toyota Dealers across the country that install our calibrations on new/used vehicles through their accessory programs.
