Weird Oil Leak

I’ve yet to notice anything like this on my 4Runner, but my sprinter leaked oil/melted wax looking stuff from inside body panels. It’s cavity wax in the case of sprinters, maybe something similar for the 4Runners!

Dealership said it's some type of anti-corrosion costing they apply to the inner panels during manufacturing. If you live south like I do, when it gets real hot that stuff really thins out and starts dripping.

I live in Arizona, and we currently have 3 digits temp... at least it's not engine or tranny oil.
