Yeah, it’s been about 15 years but coming over Jackass Pass and catching views of The Cirque was insane. I got unlucky with horrible mosquitoes and hot weather while I was there. Had I not moved so far away I would be making regular trips up there.

My wife and I were planning to do the wind River high route (skurka) in July this year, but instead we got lucky and will have a baby in October instead. Sounds like we’ll have to wait until the baby can carry his own weight lol.

My kids are grown and have been back to the cirque with me 3 times. Best times with my kids have been in the mountains. Started them when they were 4. Carried them before that.
