Would you mind sharing the model files?
Sure. It’s pictured without the ā€œlidā€. Works fine without. I’ll dig up files. Of course use ABS or you could try PETG.. I was considering moving it forward and making opening more square. As it is it gets in the way of passenger seat pushed fully forward.

Nice!

Do you have pictures of your ham radio install as well? I'm looking for ideas for how to mount mine, haven't come up with anything clever yet.
This is what I used on my last trip, had white ABS in the printer at that time. Will probably reprint in black after fine tune design (or get a new radio). It accommodates the coax and power lines and just props the radio up about an inch. Needs some tweaks and would only works here because radio is fairly thin (3- 3.5 cm). We are usnally only on one frequency off road or I use the local repeater... so don't need to do much more than adjust volume/squelch. YMMV

paresthesia here are .stl files gladly for a fellow trash maker!!

I'm almost certain these are the final files (sorry for the almost ) I'm always tweaking things so can't give 100%. Hanger is quite tight so very secure for my large volumes of trash. šŸ˜‚

Not long prints so give it a try and please let me know. I believe I printed the hanger part on its end with tree support. 😲

And may your 'paresthesias' be transient.

Thanks. I was looking to adapt it for making a mount, but my old printer can only do PLA reliably. Preordered an anycubic kobra S1 max combo which should be here in another month to do ABS/ASA.

Nice printer, good luck. PETG is almost as easy to print as PLA, better in some regards. Less stringing for me and less brittle in use. Made some wire clips for inside another car without problem.
