Any chance Toyota will offer the SR5 in a premium option for those of use who want those options, but don't want to have TRD stamped everywhere?

I was considering the Limited, but it has so many standard features that I DON'T want, like Auto Start Stop, moonroof, AVS, all that chrome, and the lower profile tires on the big 'ole rims.

So, will Toyota give us an SR5 Premium???

The problem is the SR5 and limited are the only ones with third row. All other trims omit this for more second row leg space. I didn’t want any features of the limited either, so I had to go SR5. At least it saved me thousands upfront and I can just add the performance features I want.

How does not having a third row provide more second row leg space ?

It’s called a TRD Sport
Unfortunately TRD Sport Premium is not the answer for multiple reasons. It is more expensive than an SR5 Premium would be, since you are paying for the base Trd Sport features like the painted fenders /door handles, fancy taillights, shiny fake hood scoop, and the 20 inch wheels with borderline low profile tires. Not to mention it has TRD stamped all over the place (inside and out) which I am trying my darndest to avoid.

What exactly are you looking for if the SR5 is not enough and the TRD is too much? I didn’t say the Premium. The TRD Sport would be the SR5 Limited that you are looking for.

Let me clarify. An SR5 Premium would have a JBL audio system, panoramic monitor, the larger touchscreen display, and an optional digital rear view mirror. I could do without a heated steering wheel or ventilated SofTex seats, but that would likely be part of any SR5 Premium option Toyota would offer.

TRD Off Road has a Premium option, TRD Sport has one, and SR5 should have one, too. :)

Not going to happen any time soon!

It all come down to money & increase profit of the shareholders. If the SR5 Premium exists, it would cut away into the sales of higher trim.

I have the Sport Premium and asked the, same question before I got it. I don't like the big rims. Just want the base trim outside with nicer interior, leather seats, etc (Premium upgrade) but it doesn't exist.

SR5 average around $45k nationwide; TRD Sport at $50k & TRD Sport Premium at $55k. Not much room squeeze in the "SR5 Premium".

It sucks that no matter how much you spend on mods, you'll never have those two things. :(
Toyota needs to offer the SR5 Premium.

SR5 is the entry level for most BoF toyota vehicles (except the SR tundra which is a downgrade from the tundra SR5, ie detuned engine)

toyota expects you to upgrade if you want prem features

The everywhere TRD is labeled is the Shifter says TRD I think and maybe on the front door trim, not really all over. The 360 Camera is so nice parking in tight spots like my garage.

The Shifter, the doors, the Red start button, each of the 4 wheels' center caps, the side panels on the outside. Just about everywhere.
