Rubber grommets on roof under roof rack came off in car wash

so the rubber seals under the roof rack of my Trailhunter came off in the car wash. Does this matter? I don’t think they will stay up there if I put them up there again. Should I put them back up there or forget it/

I wouldn’t recommend a car wash at all. But I really wouldn’t wanna mess with it if you have a aftermarket roof rack on. Hand wash it!
