Has any one had this come up? My truck jolted when I tried to pass going 65. I have had minimal weight in it besides my internal molle panels and prinsu roof rack.

Nope. I haven’t. But I did get this. Hybrid Speaker thing is being replaced on Thursday at Toyota.

Yeah I showed them that photo I took and they had no clue. Apparently they are gonna look at it. I'll keep you posted

Got that message last week in my Trailhunter at 5,200 miles. Pulled over, turned it off then on and it went away. Never felt any 'reduced power'. Dealer took it two separate days to troubleshoot and is telling me it's related to water infiltration via the raised air intake and that Toyota is aware and will release a TSB to remedy the issue via software update.
It wasn't raining the day it occurred (though it did rain the night before).

I wonder how much that dealer was making it up 🙂

Had this happen in the same situation on my first long distance road trip, was going about 70 and hit the gas to pass someone and jolt and that error popped up. I in fact did have reduced power and took the next exit. Shut it off, turned it back on and everything was normal. Was still about 1500 miles from home and made it without issue. Have been on two other long trips and have accelerated past several people at similar speeds and no issues.

Wonder if it has anything to do with a "Hicup" in the clutch plate system inside the electric motor.
My understanding of the I-force MAX operation is that the input shaft of EV unit (coming from engine crank) is not physically connected to output shaft going to Torque converter, transmission, etc... A clutch plate and valve body system controls all that coupling of the 2 ....
Just a 2 cent thought...

Very interesting.... I have a non-hybrid 4Runner and happy with it. However, I have been looking at a new Tacoma and the Hybrid looked interesting. I am having second thoughts on the additional complexity and risk of out of warranty issues.
