you mean the letters toyota on the top ? warm them up or let warm sun bake
them and pry them with a trim tool and very slowly pull them they'll come
right off and the adhesive will go with them if you go slow.

if you mean the 4runner at the bottom I haven't done them, but heat gun and
very slow peeling should work. or cut them with fishing line and clean up adhesive afterward

heat and patience ...most all stuff comes off easy. if you try to go fast it'll rip

Folks easier way to remove those letters. Using a heat gun can possibly blister that paint or decrease its Integrity to the metal.

The easy way is just take some fishing line and wrap it around the edges of the letter and move it back and forth that will knock off that adhesive real quick and easy. Then take a little alcohol and you're done.

or good dental floss with the coating helps with friction.

i stay away from any inserts that are not vinyl type.

non vinyl inserts are a royal pita to remove in the future after they bake in the sun during summer.

I debadged mine entirely- including the 4RUNNER lettering. Super easy, just dental floss and adhesive remover.

I debadged my ORP, the letters on the back were very easy. I knew I was going to debadge it before it even arrived, so I made sure to do it asap as it's never going to get easier the longer the stickers are on. But yeah, a little bit of heat with a hair drier to soften the glue, then some floss to cut through the sticky stuff while pulling the letters off. Anything remaining I got off with a finger nail and some goo gone.

I think it took me 10 minutes to get
