Portable ladder for accessing the roof

I don't want to permanently attach a ladder and don't need to bring a ladder with me. Can anyone recommend a ladder that will get an old guy like me occasional access to the roof, maybe something that hooks over the factory roof rails and sits on the ground without touching the body of the 4Runner?

Have you tried these? I keep one in each passenger door. Step on my rock slider, then this. Sometimes put the other foot on my rear tire.

Yes, thanks I have one. But my joints are old and stiff and that step thing doesn't really get my up all the way to the roof. Thanks though.
