How much lift will you get from trd lift kit? I saw trd lift kit for tacomas gives a 2.5inches but the difference between a factory off road and trd.pro is only 1 inch

trd pro already has 1in of height from the factory over the other trims. adding the lift kit doesnt really give you much more over the factory height already for the cost ratio.

you would at most get an extra 1in of height on the lift kit for the front and 1in in the back on the trd pro

someone will have to verify that you only add 1in on the already 1in over the normal trims the trd pro has

I understand that and thats what I see, but the other guys said that the trd susp should net you a 2 to 2.5 inch lift over stock offroad.

if you install the toyota lift kit (which btw is forthcoming) and its probably going to be like the tacoma lift kit you can add during PIO or have the dealer install it afterwards, you can replace the oem setup and gain 2.5 in on the non TRD Pro/Trailhunters.

since the TRD Pro and Trailhunter stock suspension is already 1in taller than the other trims, if you add the lift kit (and which is probably going to replace the stock suspension, not add to it) you are really only going to add 1in to 1.5 in to the suspension since the stock is already 1in taller.

see below the tacoma lift kit and btw the kit costs $3400

correct, its a replacement kit for those that want more lift than stock on any trim (except for probably the limited and platinum due to avs system)

you get a better bang for the buck on the non TRD Pro/Trailhunters since you get 3in on the front and 2in on the rear vs the TRD Pro/Trailhunter where you lose 1in since the stock suspension is already 1in taller. so when you replace the TRD Pro/Trailhunter oem suspension you really only gain 2in front and 1in rear so to speak

are you asking about the TRD Pro FOX OEM Suspension or the FOX Suspension that you can purchase?

Other trims as in not the two highest Off-road Trims which are the Pro and the Trailhunter. Both get more clearance. That is common sense to most
