OnX subscription ended early

Anyone have their OnX account go from Elite to basic? My subscription is good for another month but says UPGRADE and showing I only have Basic but all my content is still available, just wanted to see if it's an OnX glitch before I spend the time trying to contact them.

Just checked mine, I am a Premium and things look okay. I signed up back in January. I only have the upgrade option to jump to Elite. I didn't see the point to that for me down here in TX.

Mine shows Elite. No issues here.

Give them a call, they’re easy to work with. I have premium on Offroad, and elite for hunt. The combination of the two compliment one another.
