I contacted ARB about this kit as I was very interested in it. But they recommended not using it if you are going to add significant weight to the truck. They said a bumper and winch might cause the front to sag. But they also told me the they will be introducing heavier duty kits around February so I decided to wait until spring. Icon has also dropped their kits on their website.can you share more about the OME setup... I had gone with a WestCott lift which is nice but when I have my rig loaded down for camping the rear sags a bit and I thought OME came configurable for added weight if your running a roof rack and things like that.

I thought about doing that but they said even the front springs would need to be changed and I just dont want to dive that deep into it. I probably wont be hitting too many trails until spring anyway and it will be nice to have more options available.I got same set up with the wescott lift and the shop i got it installed told me i can change the rear spring with specific weight you gonna add and chose the right one from dobinson
I think you only need the front change if your putting metal bumper or adding more weight.I thought about doing that but they said even the front springs would need to be changed and I just dont want to dive that deep into it. They said the same, but that's part of my plan. Dissent offroad bumper with a 12000 lb winch.I think you only need the front change if your putting metal bumper or adding more weight.
I have been wondering what a 3/2 lift looks like on 285’sGot one of the first Old Man Emu (OME) kits with Upper Control Arms. Suspension height is set to 3" in the front and 2" in the rear (only coils available right now).
Went with Icon Rebound Double Blacks 17x8.5 +25 offset wheels and some Nitto Trail Grappler 285/75/17 and finally a Westcott Low Pro Rack.
RTT rooftop tent is NatureNest Polaris Plus, mounted using Westcott Designs RTT mounts.
Did a lot of the work myself just to say I did!
Waiting on some CaliLED items.
Ride is better than stock and well, the look? I'll let you all decide!
