Oil dipstick handle removal

Does anyone have any good tips on how to remove the handle on the oil dipstick? I have a new one that I want to throw on. I've searched YouTube but I only find videos for removing BROKEN handles. I did find one specific to a toyota but it's an older model of dipstick. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
