New Noise on Passenger Side

Just got this new noise as I was driving home from the grocery store. Sounds like it’s coming from the passenger side dash. I messed around with the A/C controls and it went away for a minute but it is concerning.

I should add, just got it back from the dealership for its 10k servicing.

Issue with the air filter - or did they change it and something fell in?

I didn’t have issues with the air filter before taking it in. They definitely took it out to inspect it as part of the multi point inspection. Think something could’ve gotten in when they took it out/replaced it?

you can open up your glove box and open the small panel to access the filter housing.

could have had a leaf or something fall into the fan assembly when they removed the filter. i've had it happen before.

its a simple fix actually since toyota made it very simple to replace the interior filter.

just make sure you are careful with the clips on the filter housing door. the left side tends to snap off from what i have seen. mostly due to techs or people trying to pull it out without unclipping the "B" side correctly.
