Michelin Defender 2 Tires (275/55/20) on 20" inch Limited wheels?

Good day Im getting my Limited shortly, it comes with 20 inch Id like to put 275-55-20 Michelin Defender 2 and run those all year around! Any thought ? Im retired and wont go out in hard winter conditions.

on 20's with smaller sidewalls, they'd be stiff enough
so sure, that seems like a good choice

if these were 17's I'd say they'd be too squirrely for me on
a 4runner in turns, so I'd use Defender LTX MS2 on 17's

I swapped out the 20's for 18's on defender ltx ms2 on mine, with the TRD wheels

More comfortable ride because of bigger sidewall

I read the TireRack ratings and they look just like the ratings for my Defender LTX M+S's. They look like a fine choice to me.

I change my mind on my tire ! After a lots a review on u Tube , my choice is Firestone Destination AT2 275/60/20 on original limited wheel
I do 50% Highway 40% Country road and 10% level 3 off road to go to my Refuge Camp twice a week.(3 miles of rough). I want comfort and traction since I have 5 months of winter where I live. By reading post here I understand that with no lift or any modification these tires will not rub! Can someone valid this information from experience? Thank You.

from what i have personally seen and what others have reports, defender ltx ms2 is great all around for city/highway and light duty off road.

another good choice would Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent (these are beefier tread for more off road duty than the ltx ms2 but still geared toward city/highway

lol i dont think i can wait until then. i am at 3.4k miles and the ride is just unbearable with these grandtrek at5a tires. have set them at 33 psi / 35 psi and doesnt matter, they feel like they are hitting expansion joints on a straight clean road.
