Did you only disconnect the main engine battery, the 12V in the back (hybrid), both? Working on the connectors this weekend to fix the back hatch switch….i have no issues now. i have the TH so no sunroof. i did have to go back in and check all of the connectors to get the window working. i'm guessing it's a simple connector issue. i do like to have the battery disconnected when i do anything electrical. not because its dangerous (it's not) but because of all of the flaky sensors and software in modern cars that has not been tested for any edge case. but the issue i had was exactly with the back window.
